Rescale a Matrix.

d_ZI = scale(d_Z, factor, method)

Parameters
[out]d_ZIRescaled matrix
[in]mdInput rows (first dimension)

[in]factorInteger scaling factor
[in]methodInterpolation method. Currently should be 'linear' onlySingle-precision rescale.
